Why did my huge combo only deal 200?
That's the per-swap cap. A line above the board shows each move's score and damage, adding 'Maximum damage reached' when the cap applied; Recent moves on the results screen keeps your last eight.
Why won't my gem move?
A swap needs 25 mana, and the bar's filled segments are the moves you have. In the tutorial the board also locks while an explanation is open.
What if my connection drops in a duel?
You have 20 seconds to return, and the server restores both boards, HP and mana. After that it's a forfeit, worth 0 ranking points.
Do friend rooms and challenges count toward rank?
No. Only Find opponent matches move your rating and the weekly, monthly and yearly duel rankings, which reset on Korean time. Points: K.O. win 40, win on time 30, draw 12, a loss played out 5, surrender or leaving 0.
My practice result says 'Not verified · personal record'. Why?
The server rebuilds your board from the seed it issued and replays your swaps, timing and mana included. Only a score that replays the same goes on the 'AI best' ranking.
